	Appointment Policy Office visits by appointment are strongly preferred. However, we do our best to accommodate walk-ins and medical needs cases on short notice.
	After-Hours Emergencies After the hospital is closed, there is a veterinarian on call until 10pm to address urgent questions. After 10pm, emergency calls are directly routed to our emergency service provider NYC Veterinary Specialists (www.nycvs.com). 	Payment Options Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We offer a 10% discount for Senior Citizens on all invoices. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount for established clients bringing in multiple pets at the same time for routine, annual wellness examinations. We accept cash, personal checks (for established clients only), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ATM/Debit cards, and Money Orders.
